1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UpStart Productions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access UpStart Productions' services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in UpStart Productions' services
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

UpStart Productions provides data security and protection services including but not limited to threat detection, data encryption, compliance monitoring, and incident response. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of UpStart Productions' services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

UpStart Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
